About the role
Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV) to drive business transformation initiatives and ERP implementations.
What you'll do
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business and functional stakeholders
- Analyze and document complex business processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend Business Central best-practice solutions
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Design Specifications
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
