What you'll do
- Own audience definition and delivery for scaled host outreach - translate campaign briefs into precise
- Build and maintain the data foundation behind scaled account management - durable pipelines, reusable host, listing and segment data models
- Design and measure experiments on scaled outreach - test and control design, holdouts, attribution windows and incrementality - and report impact on availability
- Develop scalable and reusable measurement frameworks so campaign read-outs stay consistent quarter over quarter and no team re-tests what is already known
- Sharpen host segmentation in partnership with Account Management, Growth Marketing and Supply - top growers, decliners, churn risk, low share-of-wallet
