About the role
We are looking for an experienced AWS Admin Engineer with strong expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in AWS environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS Admin and a working knowledge of Terraform.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex AWS Platform issues across cloud environments
- Troubleshooting AWS services, load balancers, and security issues
- Investigating outages, identifying root causes, and resolving service disruptions
- Troubleshooting application connectivity and availability issues
- Monitoring logs, alerts, and AWS service health
