About the role
The program spans 60+ concurrent projects, each with its own set of stakeholders from Zendesk and the respective end customers and is executed day-to-day by a distributed team of engagement managers, functional consultants and occasionally technical architects for complex customizations/ solutioning.

- Program Governance & Oversight
- Own end-to-end delivery governance across 60+ concurrent Zendesk implementation and customization projects, ensuring consistent standards, methodology
- Establish and run a governance cadence — status reviews, steering committees, and QBRs — with visibility into scope, schedule, budget, risk
