About the role
To manage end-to-end billing operations, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, maintain compliance with contractual and financial requirements, and support revenue recognition and collections processes.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end customer billing for Time & Material, Fixed Bid, and Managed Services engagements
- Review billing inputs, timesheets, milestones, SOWs, and contractual terms before invoice generation
- Prepare and validate customer invoices ensuring accuracy of rates, hours, milestones, taxes, and supporting documentation
- Submit invoices through customer portals and email channels within agreed timelines
- Coordinate with Project Managers, PMO, Sales, and Delivery teams for billing approvals and clarifications
