About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Application Expert to join our dedicated support team. The successful candidate will be a specialist in SAP by Design, with a primary focus on the finance modules. This role is ideal for a professional who is not only proficient in application support but also possesses a deep understanding of practical finance processes.
What you'll do
- Provide expert-level support for SAP by Design, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the finance modules in a timely manner
- Engage with finance stakeholders to understand their challenges, discuss complex application and process issues, and provide clear and actionable solutions
- Design and propose both system-based and process-based solutions to address identified issues and enhance the efficiency of our finance operations
- Liaise with application vendors for issue escalation and to stay updated on new features and functionalities
