About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Leader to drive the organization's finance digitization, planning modernization, and process transformation agenda. The role will serve as the bridge between Finance, Business, SAP teams, and implementation partners to design and deliver best-in-class financial planning, reporting, and decision-support capabilities.
What you'll do
- Drive finance transformation initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through digitization, automation, standardization, and analytics
- Promote best-in-class finance practices and support the evolution of a modern digital finance operating model
- Drive adoption of digital finance solutions across business and finance teams
