About the role
The SAP MDG Technical Support Consultant will provide technical support for SAP MDG Supplier/Business Partner processes and integrations, including OData/API interfaces, data extraction, workflow, replication, and production troubleshooting. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP technical development and support, with strong troubleshooting capabilities across MDG, ABAP, integrations, workflow, replication, and production issues.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot MDG change requests, workflow, validation, derivation, replication, and interface failures
- Support MDG OData/API services, IDocs, web services, and data extraction requirements
- Analyze ABAP errors, dumps, application logs, and interface payloads
- Support DRF replication, key/value mapping, and downstream synchronization issues
- Work with functional teams to resolve supplier/BP data and governance defects
