About the role
We are looking for an experienced OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to support system transition and divestiture initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for configuring OpenText VIM, managing invoice and vendor master data segregation, supporting data migration, and ensuring the seamless transition of invoice-processing activities to divested entities.
What you'll do
- Configure and customize OpenText VIM based on the requirements of divestiture and organizational transition programs
- Support the segregation and migration of invoice data and vendor master data for divested entities
- Analyse the existing VIM landscape and identify system, process, data, and integration dependencies
- Coordinate with SAP FI, Accounts Payable, technical, and business teams to ensure a seamless transition of VIM processes
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and loading
