Senior Software Engineer Backend

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who combines deep SQL expertise with modern Python/Django development and hands-on experience leveraging Agentic AI tools to ship high-quality solutions for our clients.

What you'll do

• Design and build robust backend services and data models powering client-facing products
• Own complex SQL design, optimization, and database-side logic (SPs, functions, schema)
• Integrate AI-assisted workflows and agentic tooling to accelerate delivery and quality
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable deployments
