About the role
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing features for the Software for Open Networking in the Cloud (SONiC) platform. You will work closely with our QA Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders to build a robust, scalable, and high-performance networking solution.
What you'll do
- Design and develop new networking features and modules for the SONiC network operating system
- Develop and integrate the management and control plane of the system
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and debugging of complex software issues in a distributed system environment
- Integrate with the system using APIs (REST, gRPC) and technologies like Protobuf to support management and automation
- Collaborate with the team and Product Management to review and refine delivery requirements
