About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Recruiter with 3-7 years of experience in end-to-end US staffing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with direct clients, sourcing quality IT talent, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle. Experience recruiting for the Banking and Financial Services domain will be a strong advantage.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to candidate onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers and direct clients to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and project timelines
- Source, screen, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions
- Utilize various sourcing channels including Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and internal databases to identify top IT talent
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and cultural fit
