About the role
We are looking for a highly driven and analytically sharp Corporate Development & Corporate Finance Professional to work at the heart of our financial and strategic operations. This role sits within the Corporate Development and Finance team and reports directly to the AVP – Corporate Strategy, with close collaboration with the founding team.
What you'll do
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Lead and support end-to-end M&A transactions including deal origination, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
- Prepare and review transaction documents, financial models, and investment memos
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and business teams to ensure seamless deal execution
- Track post-merger integration milestones and report on deal outcomes
