About the role
We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) specializing in Quality Assurance (QA) with at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within Fintech or e-commerce domains, to join our team. As an SDET QA, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through a strong mix of manual and automated testing.
What you'll do
- Design and execute manual test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, in addition to developing and maintaining automated test suites
- Validate software functionality, performance, and scalability through a balanced combination of manual and automated testing approaches
- Analyze test results to identify defects and regressions, and drive them to closure
- Raise and track Jira tickets to closure. Promote builds to UAT, Staging and ultimately production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including product, business, and other non-technical stakeholders — to understand project requirements, business context
