Chief of Staff

About the role

BeatO is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and act as an extension of their bandwidth across the business. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone seeking exposure to every part of a fast-growing healthtech company—from strategy and fundraising to operations and new business lines like GLP-1-led weight management.

What you'll do

• Own the follow-through by driving founders' top priorities to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring execution
• Run the operating rhythm by preparing board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews while consolidating data and business narratives
• Lead special projects involving cross-functional business problems, new initiatives, market opportunities, and operational improvements
• Build decision-ready insights by translating data from growth, clinical, and finance teams into meaningful recommendations
• Grow into business ownership with exposure to leadership discussions and opportunities to eventually lead a function or business vertical
