About the role
We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer with strong technical expertise in AI projects to drive product delivery of voice-enabled customer service solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) or Healthcare sectors, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI-powered customer service solutions.
What you'll do
- P roduct Development & Engineering
- Design and develop AI-powered customer service solutions using Contiinex speech analytics and voice bot technologies
- Integrate Contiinex products into BFSI and Healthcare client eco-system
- Create and optimize voice bot workflows and attributes for customer interaction scenarios
- Develop Python-based applications and integrations for customer service automation
