About the role
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can understand technology deeply and communicate it simply. This is not a documentation-heavy or diagram-focused role. We are looking for someone who can take complex concepts—such as AI agents, LLMs, automation, healthcare RCM, conversational AI, NLP, APIs, cloud technologies and enterprise AI—and turn them into clear, engaging and technically credible written content .
What you'll do
- Research and write high-quality technical content around AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, automation, healthcare technology and enterprise software
- Translate complex technical concepts into content that is understandable to technology leaders
- Website and product content
