About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Unit Head – Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-specialty healthcare facility.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end hospital operations including OPD, IPD, admissions, billing, discharge, and patient services
- Ensure exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns, improving feedback scores, and maintaining service excellence
