Sales Consultant

About the role

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Co-ordinate with sales team efficiently to convert each marketing lead into sales

What you'll do

• Set up site-visit meetings with potential clients and demonstrate our real estate properties
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts
