What you'll do
- Tax Determination & Compliance
- Validate U.S. sales/use tax and global VAT/GST calculations in Vertex; resolve exceptions and root causes
- Maintain product/customer taxability rules, exemption certificates, and special tax treatments (services, digital goods, mixed bundles)
- Work with business to understand tax law changes (EU VAT B2B/B2C, marketplace facilitator, cross‑border flows) and translate into system/process changes
