About the role

What you'll do
- Lead P1/P2 to resolution
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and inventory logs
- Optimize performance across VMware clusters and Azure resources
- Implement security hardening guidelines across all operating systems
- Plan and execute major and minor change requests
