- Support Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, and application support activities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Configure Oracle ERP modules based on business needs
- Analyse and resolve ERP incidents, defects, and user-reported issues
- Perform functional testing, system integration testing, and UAT support
