About the role
The Senior Solution Architect, Digital and Transformation, SAP Basis administrator is responsible for the implementation, administration and maintenance of Client SAP and Non-SAP landscape. Able to comply with the company’s safety and quality policy at all times Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members
What you'll do
- Provide L2/L3 level support as part of Global Technical Team managing multiple SAP systems along with Non-SAP components
- Identify problem trends evaluating performance statistics and daily monitoring to ensure the SAP systems are optimized
- Responsible for database administration and underlying operating systems
- Maintain the integrity of the SAP and Non-SAP environments by managing the correction and transport system (CTS) to ensure all configuration objects are promoted properly
- Provide technical support for SAP issues like system dumps, job management
