What you'll do
- Minimum 3 End 2 End Implementation and 3 Support project experience
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules
- Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
- Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions
