What you'll do
- Service Catalog & Portal
- Develop and maintain catalog items, record producers, and order guides
- Build Flow Designer-based catalog workflows
- Support ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)
- Design, develop and Improve ITSM solution that enhance operational efficiency and drive self-service adoption
