About the role
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineering Developer with deep expertise in IICS and Amazon Redshift to lead the design and delivery of complex data pipelines, mentor junior team members, and drive technical standards across the engagement. What you'll do
- Architect and deliver end-to-end data pipelines using IICS across multiple source systems (S3, SFTP, MFT, SQL Server, Redshift)
- Design scalable Redshift schemas including staging, transformation, and target layers with attention to performance and cost optimization
- Lead technical design reviews and produce artefacts such as DFDs, STTMs, and NFR documentation
- Drive SIT and UAT - design test strategies, review test cases, and manage defect resolution
- Provide technical oversight and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers
