About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, remove impediments, and support high-performing Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile ceremonies, fostering collaboration between stakeholders and development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
What you'll do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
- Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team by removing impediments and enabling team productivity
- Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and key Agile metrics
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
