Principal Consultant - Workday - Integrations Job

About the role

We are looking for a highly accomplished Workday Solution Architect / Principal Consultant with 10+ years of Workday experience to lead complex enterprise transformations and shape client success from strategy through delivery. This role is ideal for a trailblazer who brings deep expertise across Workday functional modules and integrations , thrives in pre-sales engagements , and inspires high-performing delivery teams.

What you'll do

• Act as the overall Workday solution owner , defining end-to-end architecture across functional modules, integrations, security, reporting, and data strategy
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimations, client presentations, and executive-level workshops
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to shape winning Workday proposals and drive deal conversions
• Design and govern complex Workday integration architectures leveraging EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware platforms
• Provide architectural oversight for multiple Workday functional areas such as HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive Planning
