2 to 5 years of expereince in EDI Areas. SFTP and AS2 hands-on experience in creating all setups (from scratch and not only supporting) Understand project scope, timelines, and delivery schedules, work with internal teams and external partners. Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
What you'll do
- Configure, test, and deploy B2B and EDI transactions, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry standards
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure efficient data flow and resolve any issues promptly
- Provide support across application-to-application and business-to-business integration technologies
- Manage relationships with trading partner EDI coordinators to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Provide guidance to the managed services partner on EDI mapping specifications
