Sr. Manager Business Consulting - Mergers & Acquisitions Job

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to own both Presales and Delivery for the MA&D practice. This is a dual-hatted leadership role: on the front end, shaping compelling solutions, proposals and client conversations that convert pipeline into signed engagements; and on the back end, owning end-to-end delivery of predominantly IT-centric M&A engagements to the highest quality, on time and on margin.

What you'll do

• Lead presales for MA&D pursuits — qualify opportunities, shape win strategies and own the technical solution response across IT-led M&A engagements
• Own client-facing presales conversations, solution demos, discovery workshops and orals with PE firms, corporate development teams and CXO stakeholders
• Build reusable presales assets — capability decks, solution accelerators, estimation models, rate cards and role/skill definitions
• Partner with Business Development to build and convert pipeline within the existing account footprint and net-new PE relationships
• Own end-to-end delivery of MA&D engagements — predominantly IT/technology due diligence, ERP harmonization, application & data landscape assessment, cybersecurity
