Tech Lead QA - Master Data Management (MDM) Job

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with experience in Master Data Management testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our Reltio MDM platform. You'll be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across data models, integrations, match & merge rules, workflows, and data quality processes — ensuring that master data is accurate, consistent, and fit for business use.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for Reltio MDM implementations, including unit, functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Validate Reltio data models, entity configurations, relationships, attributes, and reference data for accuracy and completeness
• Test match & merge rules, survivorship logic, and deduplication processes to ensure golden record quality meets business expectations
• Validate integration pipelines (batch and real-time) between Reltio and source/target systems (ERP, CRM, data lakes, APIs) for data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Perform data quality testing — profiling, validation, and reconciliation — across source systems and the Reltio MDM hub
