Assist with routine mammalian cell culture , including cell maintenance, passaging, seeding, and cryopreservation. Support the execution of basic cell-based and biochemical assays , including ELISA, cytotoxicity, and related screening assays. Perform PCR, gel electrophoresis , and other basic molecular biology techniques.
What you'll do
