(Why does the job exist?) Provide first-level functional support for Oracle Fusion Procurement and Sourcing, including purchasing, sourcing, supplier, and related source-to-pay processes. Resolve standard user and transaction issues, support testing and system changes, monitor integrations, and coordinate with business users and L2/L3 teams to ensure reliable procurement-system operations.
