Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

You will run full-cycle recruiting for the technical and business roles that power Zappsec's practices. Most searches are for cloud, network, security, identity, and AI infrastructure specialists, and many carry a firm certification or platform bar. You will also hire for leadership and go-to-market roles as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Turn statements of work and client requirements into clear job descriptions, removing client names and confidential detail
• Sourcing Build Boolean and X-ray search strings for specialized technical profiles, and deliver qualified candidates within 24 to 48 hours on urgent requisitions
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, referrals, and professional communities
• Write personalized InMail and email outreach that speaks to the candidate's own work
• Screening and selection Screen candidates for technical depth, certifications, client-facing ability, and fit with our delivery model
