About the role
We are looking for Manager – CLM to drive customer lifecycle marketing initiatives for Zee 5 . The role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing multi-channel campaigns aimed at improving engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Independently execute campaigns and proactively optimize them based on performance
- Ensure campaigns are set up and delivered as per target groups defined by the CLM team
- Track campaign efficiency and implement learnings through robust optimizations
- Measure, track, and improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Work cross-functionally with relevant teams to ensure end-to-end campaign execution
