About the role

We are seeking a senior, results-driven Group Head – Network IP (Digital + Linear ++) & Concept Sales to lead and scale our digital-first revenue portfolio. This role demands deep expertise in concept selling, IP monetization, and content-led solutioning , with ownership of large-scale partnerships and annual revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Revenue Leadership & Business Growth
• Own and deliver annual and multi-year revenue targets for Network IPs
• Lead end-to-end sales strategy for concept-led and IP-driven offerings
• Drive large-ticket, long-term partnerships with brands, agencies, and media partners
• Identify new revenue streams across Digital, OTT, Social, Influencer, TV and on-ground ecosystems
