Vice President- Sales

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Region Head – Network IP (Digital + Linear ++) & Concept Sales to own and grow the digital-first revenue mandate for the region. This role carries full responsibility for Regional P&L, large-scale IP monetization, and strategic brand partnerships, driving sustainable growth across content-led and platform-agnostic solutions.

What you'll do

• Regional Revenue & P&L Leadership
• Own regional P&L and revenue targets, including annual and multi-year growth plans for Network IPs
• Define and execute the sales and monetization strategy for IP-led and concept-driven offerings
• Drive large-ticket, multi-year partnerships with marquee brands, agencies, and ecosystem partners
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams across Digital, OTT, Social, Influencer, TV, and on-ground platforms
