What you'll do
- Spend your days keeping our people productive — setting up laptops, resolving helpdesk
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support, triaging and resolving helpdesk tickets covering hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity issues
- Set up, image, and deploy laptops and peripherals for new hires; manage IT onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and deprovisioning
- Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support for Windows, macOS, and standard office/SaaS applications, both in-office and for remote employees
- Assist with administration of core business systems (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, SSO/identity, endpoint management
