Product & Delivery Lead — UI/UX, Mid-Level | Zenara Health We are looking for a Product & Delivery Lead who can turn rough ideas into designed, buildable, and shippable product work. This is not a pure project management role. This is not a pure UI design role. This is a hands-on product role for someone who can do both: design the experience and drive the delivery.

What you'll do

• Own and maintain the product roadmap with the founder and commercial team
• Write requirements with user flows, examples, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Own the active backlog and sprint rhythm in Linear
• Keep tickets clear, prioritized, and ready for engineering
• Chase decisions, clarify trade-offs, and prevent delivery from getting stuck
