About the role
As a System Administrator, you will build, and maintain organization's IT infrastructure. You will collaborate with other IT experts and business stakeholders to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of systems, networks, and applications. Additionally, you will mentor junior administrators, develop strategic IT initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
What you'll do
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Endpoint OS & Hardware
- Endpoint Device Management ( Entra/Jamf Admin) and Group policy deployment
- Develop automation / leveraging AI to streamline tasks
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for critical systems
- Administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services, Defender,DLP, Purview and manage enterprise software licenses
