Corporate Development Manager

Whether it is acquiring new customers at scale, generating incremental purchases or deepening engagement and loyalty, our clients access Zeta’s people-based signal data, AI-driven technology and world-class services to improve their performance. The team is responsible for driving M&A and corporate development initiatives, and working closely with senior leaders in Zeta’s Business Units.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with the business team to identify, assess, and pursue new external opportunities for growth and innovation
• Identify new opportunities and collaborate with internal partners in vetting new and existing technologies, building business cases, leading diligence processes
• Manage post-deal integration and tracking
• Support enterprise-wide business development activities through financial and market analysis or modeling and slide deck preparation and presentation
• Collaborate with key internal partners, including working with legal teams, heads of business, procurement, operations on defining, negotiating
