About the role
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP, maintain compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements, and partner closely with the HR and Legal teams.
What you'll do
- Prepare and maintain stock-based compensation schedules, including option grants, RSUs, ESPP, and performance awards
- Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting for all equity-related transactions in accordance with ASC 718 (Compensation – Stock Compensation)
- Manage and reconcile the equity roll-forward, including tracking of shares outstanding, exercises, cancellations, and forfeitures
- Work with external platforms to maintain integrity of equity
- Partner with HR and Legal teams to validate grant data and ensure completeness and accuracy of equity
