What you'll do
- Facilitate cross functional workshops to develop cost reduction ideas
- Drive design changes through engineering systems using established engineering processes (e.g. SRC, CCB and CRB)
- Lead technical discussions and cross-functional project meetings
- Work with the Test and Validation group to plan and maintain timing to validate the cost-reduction ideas
- Present cost reduction ideas to internal and external stakeholders
