What you'll do
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Iron casting
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, logistics cost, tooling cost, and long-term agreements
- Achieve annual cost reduction targets through productivity improvements and strategic negotiations
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the supply base
- Drive supplier localization and dual sourcing initiatives to improve competitiveness and supply resilience
