About the role

The main objective of the Project Management Analyst is to provide the 1st level support to the international community of Project Managers and Project Management Leaders. In addition to this prioritized task, a number of defined back-office tasks are to be delivered. Deploy /responsible for PM process compliance, reports and KPIs (including project profitability / benefits).

What you'll do

• Provide first level back-office support to the Project Management Function (e.g. explain the key principles of project scheduling)
• Support business Administration / Governance activities
• Prepare required reports & visualizations per predefined standards and on demand
• Provide regular status reports on assigned tasks according to agreed service levels and adapt work as required
