About the role
We require candidates ONLY from Textile Manufacturing units dealing specifically in Unstitched Fabrics, with strong hands-on market knowledge in the following product lines: Suiting Range (including Cotton/Polyester Suiting) -Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy aligned with the company’s growth targets.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy aligned with the company’s growth targets
- Identify and capitalise on growth areas – both in terms of product (new fabric categories, blends, finishes) and geographies (underserved or high-potential markets)
- Drive pricing strategy in coordination with management. Understand margin structures, competitive pricing, and trade schemes that move volumes without eroding value
- Improve order forecasting accuracy over time
- Track competitor moves - new launches, pricing changes, distribution expansion and recommend proactive responses
