We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Senior Associate – Python who can design, develop, and deliver scalable applications and complex systems. What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain complex backend systems and scalable applications using Python and modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI)
- Integrate and deliver frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) ensuring seamless user experience
- Architect performant, low-latency systems optimized for scalability, security, and reliability
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting reviews and ensuring engineering best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical execution
