About the role
The Network & Security Sr Engineer is responsible for design, implementation, security, and operation of the organization’s enterprise network and network security infrastructure. Manage and maintain Zscaler Connectivity, WAN, LAN, wireless, cloud networking, firewalls, load balancers, and proxy services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across on-premises and cloud environments.

- Manage and maintain Zscaler Connectivity, WAN, LAN, wireless, cloud networking, firewalls, load balancers, and proxy services, ensuring high availability, performance
- Provide L2/L3 support for Zscaler Zero Trust Branch, Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and related security services
- Troubleshoot user connectivity, application access, authentication, and policy-related issues
