About the role
The Post-Closing Consummation Disclosure (PCCD) team supports the accuracy and compliance of mortgage disclosures after loan consummation. The team reviews final loan information, identifies discrepancies, and coordinates with closing, funding, settlement, and compliance partners to resolve issues and provide corrected disclosures when required.
What you'll do
- Analyze closed loan files, system data, and supporting documents to identify missing, inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information
- Communicate condition requirements and follow-up needs clearly to internal partners; escalate time-sensitive, complex, or high-risk issues promptly
- Monitor personal pipeline, aging, turnaround time, and repeat-defect themes; identify opportunities to improve quality and reduce rework
- Support quality-control reviews, investor requests, audits, and operational reporting as needed
