Senior Network Engineer designs, implements, and supports Zillow’s network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity for employees, customers, and platforms. This role applies seasoned technical expertise to resolve moderately complex network issues, collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver stable services, and contributes to continuous improvement of network performance, monitoring, and automation.
What you'll do
- Own the architecture, standards, and lifecycle of on-prem network infrastructure across Zillow offices
- Design, operate, and evolve LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Lead equipment refreshes, obsolescence management, and vendor strategy
- Design networking for new office builds, expansions, and relocations
- Own Wi-Fi architecture, performance, and user experience
